We are a family-owned and operated cafe with locations at the Fifth Third Pavilion in the heart of downtown Lexington and our original location in Meadowthorpe Neighborhood, just a short distance from the bustling Distillery District. Our spaces offer a warm and inviting atmosphere to sip, to study, or to socialize. We invite you to gather and get grounded with good food & good times.

Good Things Take Time...
We found the future home of Grounded All Day Cafe as we waited to move into our new home, the white house across the street, five years ago. We pondered and dreamed on the potential of the space and as we pulled away to look for a cup of coffee, it hit us. Having met at a coffee shop in 2009, we knew the magic they can bring to your neighborhood and your day.
